**Important Update: Defaulted Doubleheader or Single Games**
Hey team!
We want to remind everyone about our policy regarding defaulted doubleheader or single games. If a team defaults on a scheduled game, a fee of $50.00 is due before your next scheduled game. This fee helps support the opposing team, ensuring they are compensated for their time and effort. The funds collected will be paid out to the other team next season.
Let’s work together to keep our games running smoothly and make sure everyone has a great experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Rain Protocol
Hey everyone!
As we approach a potential rainy day, we want to make sure you’re all informed about our Rain Protocol. Please remember, **do not call the league line for rain day information**. If games need to be called, you’ll receive updates by 4 PM through the following channels:
1. An email will be sent to all players registered on the TeamLinkt app.
2. Updates will be posted on the BESPL Team Reps Facebook page.
3. You can also check the first page of our website for the latest info.
If you don’t see any updates, that means games are on! So, please head to the diamonds as scheduled. We covered all these details during the team rep meeting, and we appreciate your cooperation!
